Brussels Sprout Salad

Brussels Sprouts can be divisive, but we have recipes that will surely convert even the most reluctant BS lovers. 😉 This is one of those recipes.

The key here is to slice the brussels sprouts super thin so that they hold on to more of that tangy Apple Cider Vinaigrette which takes away some of the bitterness of the sprouts. This perfectly balanced dressing is made with a healthy dose of apple cider vinegar to give you a kick of acidity that is matched by the sweetness of the balsamic 🍎

You can achieve this multiple ways, by using a mandolin board, a food processor, or just buying pre-shredded Brussels sprouts at the grocery store, we won't tell anyone 🤫

Pro-tip, let your Brussels sprouts marinate in the dressing for at least 20 minutes to let those flavors really combine. Brussels sprouts are a hearty leaf and can stand up to the dressing and time so no soggy salads here!
